Visitor Tracking

ShenDesk can be integrated into any website, whether site-wide or on a single landing page, displaying visitors currently browsing your site directly on the Agent Console. It also shows the pages they are viewing, enabling Agents to understand visitor interests accurately and proactively initiate chats to engage effectively and drive conversions.

Within chat messages, the Agent Console can display real-time visitor activity on the website. On the right side, a separate panel can list the visitor’s browsing history on the site.
