Missed Chat Detection
If a Visitor initiates a chat and no Agent responds, ShenDesk will automatically mark the chat as a Missed Chat, displaying a dedicated icon as a reminder for follow-up.
In Chat History, all missed chats can be viewed separately for further review and management.
