ShenDesk empowers agents with the ability to recall sent messages with zero time or frequency restrictions. Unlike standard platforms, this feature ensures that no "message recalled" notifications or traces are left on the visitor's side, granting your team absolute control over the conversation flow.
Simply click on a sent message and select the "Recall" button from the pop-up menu. There is no expiration window—you can retract messages whenever necessary.


Within the History Logs, agents can also retroactively recall any previously sent message from past sessions.
